1. Invoices / Payment
    1. Invoices will be rendered by Goodsell Global to the Client by or around the date of service received, and are due 30 days after (NET 30). Any invoice or scheduled payment over 7 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $15.00 and/or interest on a 30-day basis. (EXAMPLE: 30 days past due – a $15 charge, at 60 days past due, an additional $15 charge will be applied to the invoice and so on).  Goodsell Global reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 30 days past due.
    2. Goodsell Global reserves the right to remove any discount applied to an invoice when an invoice is 7 days past, past due or 7 days past Net 30. (Example: Invoice issued March 1, 2018 – Invoice becomes past due on March 30, 2018 – Discounts can be removed on April 6, 2018)
    3. Autopay is required for Hosting. Any Failed Payments need to be resolved within one week (7 Days) of First Failed Transaction. Failure To Resolve Hosting results in a Discount of Service. 1 Hour of Labor and cost per day * amount of days past first falure notice is charged to Reconnect Service. 
  2. Stock Photos
    1. Any Stock Photos purchased through Goodsell Global are owned by Goodsell Global and used by Clients. Goodsell Global reserves the right to revoke usage of a stock photo by a client.
  3. Variation of Terms.
    1. Goodsell Global is permitted to revise these Terms at any time, and by using this Website / Our Services you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this Website or Our Services.
